Get used to change. :)  What we do will be always changing.  We'll probably always gather on Sunday for worship and teaching and we'll always try to do great programs for kids, but how we do it and everything else is up for grabs.  We try to structure our programs based on who they are serving and who's interested in running them.  While working hard to keep things organized, we try to let vision come from the people rather than be dictated from the top down.  Church for people not people for church!
